Refund Policy

Easy Stream Save wants paid users to understand exactly what they are buying before checkout.

Refund window

When paid subscriptions are active, first-time Pro purchases may request a refund within 14 days if the product does not work as reasonably described for supported, non-protected sources.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be declined when the request is based on DRM-protected platforms, private media, paid streaming services, copyrighted misuse, or sites that block browser-extension downloads.

How to request a refund

Email easystreamsave@gmail.com with the purchase email, payment receipt, and a short description of the issue.

Subscription cancellation

Users can cancel future renewals through the billing provider once subscriptions are live. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past periods.
