Easy Stream Save is built to detect available media resources in your browser with minimal data collection and no invasive advertising.

Data we process

The extension may process URLs, response metadata, video file names, media sizes, and preview sources from the current tab so it can show available media inside the popup.

Local storage

Basic usage data such as detected media for a tab, preferred language, preferred format, and free download count is stored locally in your browser.

Network access

The extension needs page and network access because media files can be loaded by the site you visit or by third-party content delivery networks. This access is used for the extension's media detection feature.

Accounts and payments

The free plan does not require an account. If paid subscriptions are enabled, billing information will be handled by the payment provider. Easy Stream Save should only store the minimum license or subscription status needed to activate Pro features.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. The MVP does not send detected media URLs, page metadata, or local usage counters to an external analytics server. We do not promise to collect private video content, bypass DRM, or access media that your browser cannot legitimately load.
